Gwailo bercakap Melayu?

Beberapa hari yang lalu, saya bertemu dengan kawan seorang kawan yang lain. Kawan baru tersebut bertanya saya datang dari mana. Saya menjawab: "Malaysia!". Kawan baru tu pun berkata ya ke dan tiba-tiba bertutur dalam BM: "Apa khabar? Adakah kamu bercakap Bahasa Malaysia?" Amboi... budak tu bercakap dengan fasih lagi. Hati saya pun terkejut kerana...apa ni? Orang putih pun tau cakap BM? Dunia saya pun tunggang terbalik. Saya pun terasa malu kerana BM saya sudah berkarat mau masuk longkang.

Untuk makluman anda, dengan susah payah baru saya dapat menulis perenggan kat atas. Dan juga dengan pertolongan dari laman web ini.

Aih..kesiannya saya.

New year, new changes?

The year kicked off a little on the slow side, but now things are zooming up with some major changes in my life. Well, most of you know what the changes are already. So, recap la:

Change #1:Moving to Jersey for six months!

Sexcited because:

• Living in a different state besides AZ! Sorry PHX, you've been my home for almost 7 years, but I am ready for something new!
• Experiencing snow!
• I'm right outside NYC, baby!
  
• Gaining job experience and valuable training
• Meeting new peeps!
  

Change #2: New boyfriend(yalah, most of you know already)

Sexcited because:

• Well, we just hit the 4 month-mark. That is something new. Haven't had a decent relationship that lasted more than 3 month at a time for the past three years.
• I like his Xbox. Left For Dead is awesomez.

So there is a little of scared+happy+excited and something strangely absent in my life for a long time...hope. :) I hope this is the beginning of my 'happy' cycle.

New addition to room

I love junk shopping at thrift stores! I got the vintage Moulin Rouge ad and the two tiled pictures with hooks for a little under 6 bucks! What a steal!

My heart like don't know how to beat like that

Today lah, I downloaded this wan song from de Ternet. I read this one blogger, she review and say wah, this song very good, why people listen to mainstream radio lah. Indie music best. Support the local indie movement lah. Some more this one by a local DJ, very best wan. She go kutuk people, say they only know how to like music that play on radio. Everywan go club oso mm-chak to this music. (U tell me, if everyone go club and mm-chak to this song, still indie meh?)

.......................Suddenly all the mm-chak mm chak sound come out. Wah, I tell you. All this tetno/trans music damn headache wan. I hear the mm-chak mm-chak, my chest damn tak suka. Like my heart cannot beat properly like that.

My verdict ah? Wa tak suka. Rejek. This music not best. Go stuff your indie up your backside.
